- Funds are processed immediately and channelled into events, maintenance and to support our ground-level projects in the Amazon, the Andes of Ecuador and on the Osa Peninsula of Costa Rica. As a result, we DO NOT offer refunds.
- If you cancel more than 3 months before prior we will allow your investment to be used as partial credit for up to 12 months from the date of cancellation. Please Note: Should a price increase incur within that time frame, we reserve the right to request additional payment of the difference in order for a space to be reserved.
- There will be no refund or credit offered if you; arrive late or choose early departure or cancel within three months of the event.
- Attendees are fully accountable to themselves and for all that they experience.

Expect the Unexpected … and you will have everything!
We reserve the right to change the itinerary if unseen circumstances arise such as, raw weather or sea conditions or other physical logistics. This also includes last minute cancellations by guest teachers.
Please trust that whatever changes are made will not affect the quality of your experience.
For Group Leaders and Teachers
If and when a workshop/retreat is cancelled the deposit to reserve the dates is neither refundable nor transferable to another date.
To re-schedule another date to reserve for your event requires US$950 deposit for 8 days / 7 nights event.
In the case of a reservation date being cancelled, we suggest, in the spirit of networking; to please find another colleague to take your dates rather than ‘dropping’ your reservation. In this fashion, you choose a win-win for all parties.
In other words, a group leader who needs to cancel the event can ‘sell’ the deposit and the original reservation dates to another group leader/teacher.
If and when a teacher cancels his/her retreat, monies received from prospective attendees can be used as partial credit for a period of 12 months. This credit will only be offered if cancellation is prior to three months before the event date. Any cancellation within three months of the event will be met with no refund and no credit offered. Event fees are subject to change and so will be acknowledged by the Event Participants.
Domestic Air Reservations
Your Costa Rican domestic air reservations are transferable or refundable at the discretion of the domestic airlines.
Hotel Reservations
All guests are responsible for paying any un-met hotel reservations. If you did not cancel in due time, please be accountable by paying the hotel fees. (We can instruct you how to make these payments).
